STUDIO RULES

  • Respect for the Space: All guests must treat Blank House Studio, including its space, furniture, amenities, and equipment, with care and respect.

  • Booking Time & Overtime: Your booking includes setup and pack-down time. Any additional time beyond your booking will be charged at $130/hr (excl. GST).

  • Damage Policy: Any damage to the studio, cyclorama, furniture, or props may incur a repair or replacement fee, charged based on the extent of the damage. Please take care of the cyclorama by avoiding walking on the cyc floor with shoes— slippers are provided, or remove shoes unless necessary for the shot. Cleaning products are available for your use. Damages requiring urgent repainting may incur a $250 excess fee.

  • Equipment & Prop Use: Clients use all equipment and props at their own risk. Any damage to these items will be charged at full replacement cost (RRP).

  • Restoring the Space: All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original position and condition by the end of the hire period. Failure to do so may result in an additional reset fee.

  • Cleaning Responsibilities:

    • All rubbish must be disposed of in the outdoor bin.

    • The kitchen must be left clean, with all dishes washed and put away.

    • A cleaning fee may apply if the space is not left in an acceptable condition.

  • Security & Surveillance: BlankHouse Studio is monitored by security cameras for safety and theft prevention. Please be mindful of this when changing or creating explicit content.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking: Full refund of total booking fee.

  • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before the booking: 50% refund of the total booking fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking: No refund unless the studio is rebooked for the same date. If rebooked, a full refund minus the deposit is provided.

RESCHEDULING

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No penalty, the full amount will be applied to a future booking.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: Treated as a cancellation (refund policy applies).

  • Multiple Reschedules: A booking may only be rescheduled once. Additional reschedule requests will be treated as cancellations.
