Blank House is a part of a shared complex, there may be slight noise interruptions depending on the day and time, however it is predominately quiet and shouldn’t disrupt any filming.

We love music here at Blank House! So music is totally fine at a reasonable level. Being in a shared complex we have neighbours who we respect and expect you to, too.

Yes we have heaps of FREE underground parking! There are also two spots available right in front of the studio with roller door access.

Yes, there is a small kitchen and bathroom space within the space. This is fully stocked with a microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery and even an airfryer!

Our smoke alarms are super sensitive so there is currently no use of smoke or haze machines unless organised beforehand. If the alarms are set off the fire department needs to be called to disarm them, The Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) false alarm charges are high and will be forwarded to the renter. Liquids are okay provided there is sufficient cleanup at the end of the rental and no damage to the floors, especially the cyclorama.
